OUR INDUSTRIAL TOMOGRAPH
ITALTEST has invested in an industrial computerized tomography system, which allows to perform tomographic scans even on large samples with resolutions up to 40 microns.
In a new 2000 m2 facility we can count on a VisiConsult XRH222TL Tomograph connected to the Xplus software that is able to meet all the main industry standards such as ASTM, EN 17636-2, Being 7042/44.
Using the Automatic Defect Recognition (ADR) module, it is possible to accurately and quickly identify all the indications present in the volume of the object being checked.
Another advantage of the digitization of the controls is the possibility of sharing in real time the results that can be transmitted from our workstation to the client, or archived and visible through authentication on our server.
industrial tomography advantages
- Identify even the smallest defect by tracing the exact position, shape and size - advanced 3D control with Computed Tomography (CT) technique
- Realize the dimensional check with high precision
- Reverse Engeneering - starting from the component to reconstruct the project of the controlled sample / prototype at a 3D or CAD level, allowing it to be viewed in its entirety internally and externally.
- Non-destructive control on series samples
- Minimize production waste and non-compliant products
- Speed of response to the customer (real time): we are able to give an answer in real time, in today's world where everyone wants everything immediately is an important advantage!
